Baseball/Softball/T-Ball registration will be held February 9th at the Lakewood Cafeteria from 6pm-8pm for the Mimosa Booster Club onlyThe last day to register for Baseball/Softball/T-Ball is February 19th. You may register at one of the registration events above or at the recreation department

The forms below can be printed and filled out at home. Both forms are needed. They can either be turned in the day of registration (uniform sizing will be performed) or dropped off at the Recreation Department if child's uniform sizes are already known.
