Registration Times and Locations:

Football; Cheerleading; and Volleyball July 1st - August 4th at the Recreation Dept from 8:30-3:30 daily
2 night registrations July 13 and July 21 from 6pm-8pm at EJ Landry Gym

The forms below can be printed and filled out at home. Both forms are needed. They can either be turned in the day of registration (uniform sizing will be performed) or dropped off at the Recreation Department if child's uniform sizes are already known.
